Do I need a credit card to start?
No. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Just sign up and start inviting your team.
Can I pay in local currency?
Yes. We accept ZWL, KES, NGN, and ZAR via Paystack. Prices are shown in USD for reference — you pay in your local currency at the current rate.
What are WhatsApp conversation fees?
Meta charges per conversation ($0.005–$0.08 depending on type and country). We pass these through at cost — no markup, no hidden percentage.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll alert you at 80% usage. If you go over, conversations continue uninterrupted and we bill the overage at the per-conversation rate for your plan.
